Weekly Creative Circles
Reconnect with yourself.
Listen for what wants to emerge.
Give it form.
Intimate weekly spaces to move through resistance, awaken your senses, and trust your creativity. Through grounding, reflection, and embodied practice, you'll make space for what is alive within you—and discover how it wants to take shape.
No artistic experience required. Come as you are.

Your connection to your senses and innate creativity hasn't disappeared. It may simply need space.
You have ideas, but struggle to begin. You create in bursts, then lose momentum. Perfectionism or daily demands pull you away from what feels most alive. Or maybe you simply want to experience more creative expression, play, beauty, and possibility.
These circles are a place to pause, listen, and experiment—without performing, producing, or arriving with an answer.
- I have ideas, but I keep postponing them.
- I want to create without judging everything I make.
- I feel uninspired, stuck, and lost in what matters to me.
- I need support turning an inner vision into something tangible.
- I want creativity to become part of my everyday life.
- I want to feel witnessed without being evaluated.
A space to sense, explore, create, and be witnessed
Each circle has its own theme, but the rhythm stays familiar: out of overthinking and into direct experience, then into expression or action.
- 01Arrive
Ground through breath, sensory awareness, or gentle body-based practice.
- 02Share
Name what is present: a desire, question, resistance, idea, or creative edge.
- 03Explore
Enter a guided embodied process using imagination, movement, visualization, writing, sound, or expressive art.
- 04Create
Give your experience a form. This might be an image, words, movement, a decision, a new perspective, or the beginning of an idea.
- 05Witness
Share what emerged and receive reflection without critique or comparison.
- 06Integrate
Leave with an experiment, creative commitment, or aligned next step for the week ahead.
You will always be invited—not pressured—to move, make, or share.

What becomes possible in community...
The support from the group gave me the security to go much deeper than if I were doing it alone.
I feel lighter about creating—and as a result, I feel like creating more, with less fear and more excitement.
It has been an unexpectedly deep and subtle unfolding that is making all the difference in my life.
Less resistance. More self-compassion. Greater creative trust. A more consistent relationship with creating.

Not sure whether you're "creative enough"? That uncertainty is welcome here.
Save your place in the circle
You don't need to know exactly what you want to create.
Just enough curiosity to listen for what is stirring. Come make space for it.
